Was seen in a timely manner but was told I needed tests that they were unable to do. In fact am not sure they can do any testing. Not even blood test or CT. So unless one goes there with something simple it appears they cannot help.you. Was not told what i would be billed but hope it will not be much as all I did was sit in the exam room, bp taken, and given a vomit bucket. Shame they can't run some tests.
Our 1st time using this service. Prompt and friendly service. Quick testing and prognosis. We felt welcomed and not just a number.

Kayla, the PA that I saw at the Sun City Center branch of TGH Urgent Care, was thorough, caring, and compassionate. She even called me at home with the x-ray results and told me what I should do next. I would not hesitate to use this urgent care facility again, if necessary. The main customer service phone number, which is NOT the phone number for an individual site, is a waste of time. I waited on hold for 30 minutes with no answer.

I came in with suspected broken toes. They took X-rays of my foot & then said someone would tape my toes together. The person came in with elasticized tape but couldn’t cut it & didn’t have the right type of tape to do it. So I ended up leaving & going home to tape my toes myself. I received a call at 8 pm that night telling me that the X-rays were inconclusive & I should go to a podiatrist.
