This was my first visit to your urgent care facility; we just moved to Florida 2 months ago. Was pleased to only have to wait one hour in the very busy waiting room. Was called in, attended to appropriately and put in a room till the PA came in with the results of the urinalysis. He explained the medication he was prescribing, gave his medical advice and I was able to leave. Everything was done as I had expected and it was a positive experience. Thorough, professional, answered all questions
Was able to make appt time late at night for the next day. Worked great. The last thing I want to do when I feel horrible is to sit and wait for a long time.
Everything except the wait was good. i had an appt and still waited about 45 mins to be called back.
I suggest printing/filling out the necessary paperwork and making a reservation time online before showing up. I was seen very quickly, the intake folks were pleasant, the PA who diagnosed me was excellent and she set me on he proper course of meds that made a real difference. Great facility!
They were on time, friendly, professional.
