Medical treatment was excellent - well organized, responsive and performed in a timely manner. Nurse and doctor were awesome. Frustrated to learn upon arrival that although TGH Urgent Care shares a waiting room with TGH Medical Group - which is where I go for primary care, and appears to be part of the TGH system (use of the name and logo), TGH Urgent Care could not access my TGH medical records. Was promptly seen by a doctor. She was very professional and got me the medical care that I needed.
The young lady at the desk is very pleasant and very nice. Dr Dan is thorough and respects your questions and doesn’t rush you out the door. I had a urine sample done right there and knew results so medication can start. Love getting in as a walk in. Grateful to have your practice so convenient. 🙏🏻❤️🥰🌹❤️
