The doctor did not examine my body. I was there complaining of rib pain as a result of a Heimlich. No x-Ray tech was there and they sent me to another location. The proper thing to do, instead of collecting my co-payment, was to explain there was no X-ray tech available and suggest I go to the other urgent care up front. Doctor Carol Stoneking was very disinterested in taking care of Avery- stated she just had a cold and I had to take her in the next day to her ENT, Dr Paul Mitchell, and was diagnosed with bilateral acute middle ear infections She was more concerned with arguing and chastising me for not having my POA paperwork on hand even though a copy was in her file and her mother (Father deployed and mom active duty military unable to take child in) had spoken both to the front desk and the doctor herself
Greeted with a smile and professional courtesy. Seen for a toothache. The all team members were very professional and knowledgeable. Took care of my issue quickly and effectively.
Friendly staff. Very efficient and helpful. Top of the line.
