Everything was fine!
Everyone was friendly and the service was quick.
I checked in online and got there at 5pm. Because you were short of staff I was there 5 hours. I wouldn’t call that Urgent Care.
Waited over 3 hours to be seen, then waited more in the room, but that’s to be expected. Doctor came in and checked me quick, was out quick and came back gave me my paperwork and I was gone. I’m sure the doctor was ready to get me out, I understand; I was ready to go home too. The part that bothered me was the doctor didn’t even talk to me, I felt like a burden to be there. I had a very good experience with Alexis. She was very informative about my treatment and prescribed the best antibiotic for it. This medication was very helpful and I feel so much better today than I did when I went to her office. She advised me on what to do next to follow up on this condition. I already have an appointment with the dentist. Thank you Alexis for caring.
The check-in was fine, the wait was normal. No complaints. The doctor I visited with was very sympathetic, and immediately checked me for an infection that would require antibiotics to heal. The medicines were prepared at my pharmacy within an hour.
Too long of a wait, close to 2 hours When you get in there, it's great, but it takes too long to get in there
I needed a staple removed and that was accomplished. Office was not very busy based on there being only 2 cars in parking lot, but the waiting time seemed to be long.
I was 2nd in line, when clinic opened and it took almost 2 hours to be seen by a PA. I was prescribed $26 worth of comfort medications and after one week, I’m still sick. I need real meds.
