It was a great experience, everything went smooth with no problems. Got to talk to a person almost immediately when I called.
Very responsive to our needs and very friendly. The best thing about OEC is that you can actually call and speak to a person. Love it!
Everything was done on time ,corrrctly
I received the information I need for setting up my electrical service with OEC, since this was my 1st time experience dealing with OEC. I used OG&E previous from August of 1981 to July of 2016. Only one OEC customer service member was at the front desk helping OEC customers & it became very busy.. She was kind considerate & calm with me & others I observed while I was there the afternoon of Friday, 8/15/2025.
Setting up an appointment was super easy with no crazy hold times, talked to an actual human. The technician texted his general arrival time, which was within the window I was given. He showed up on time, and was done within 15 minutes. It was the easiest, smoothest installation I've ever had.

I was very pleased with how easily the process was. The person helping me was extremely helpful and nice while doing it.
The lady at the window was knowledgeable and took care of everything I needed with no problem. Great experience
