OEC was wonderful, everyone was so nice and efficient!!! Only issue I have is the communication between the contractors back to OEC when job is complete!!! The contractors finished our job on Monday morning and I had to let OEC KNOW on Wednesday morning!! Contractors should’ve let them know that day!!!! OEC awesome job !!!
We are so happy that everything went smoothly, we even dud the request from our phone, response was very quick. Thank you so much
Great service from Andrea, explained everything and nothing was too much trouble. A legend !!
Great input on our options.
Great service!
Lydia was fantastic. Friendly, helpful, informative. Perfect experience.
Mr. Jackson was prompt, knowledgeable, personable. He worked quickly. He answered all my questions even when I was asking about OEC TV streaming. He's a valuable asset to your company. I called the Norman office when he left to send my compliments. We'll done.
The representative communicated clearly and kindly.
Prompt. Thank you.
