We lost electricity after hours on a record breaking cold night. Within the hour, our issue was fixed. These people are better than family. I’m handicapped and in a wheelchair. We didn’t know how we would get me loaded in the van with all of the ice around. OEC is just AMAZING. Worth every penny I pay. Thank you OEC. We were freezing to death and you came through for us on a scary night. Thanks!!
As I was a new customer I didn’t know what to expect. OEC rep was friendly and knowledgable. Process was fast and easy. Thank you for making my move to Norman a little less stressful.

I like oec as an electric and fiber provider. I do not like the drive thru convention. I don't know where you get your surveynumbers. No one I talk to likes the new arrangements.
