Not only did guys arrive sooner than expected to look at what we needed, but they got the job done the very next day. I've dealt with other electric companies in the past, but OEC blows them all out of the water when it comes to personal service and quick response to our calls.
Started with office personnel, very friendly. Directed me to engineering which scheduled a site visit. Very polite and professional. Called in i was ready to proceed. Couple days later they made another site visit. Then I got a call with a date of the line installation. Went as sceduled. Professional job for all involved! OEC is the BEST!!
