This is the second time you have sent this to me and I’m gonna tell you one more time. OEC Fiber sucks it’s constantly buffering. I can only watch a show. Maybe five minutes at a time in it has to buffer again because it was disconnected and I am going to probably cancel and you guys don’t get your act together.
Slow process! I had to make the phone calls for updates! Originally quoted one price, but paid hundreds more to get service going. No printed breakdown of costs.
