Workers are always prompt, polite very clear about the issue or plan to repair.
All is back working and nothing amiss
We had a power outage due to ice storm and our power was restored within two hours.Great service.
Called about yard light not working and you fixed it the next day.
OEC has always be a great experience. In all the years that I had have OEC as a electric and now a fiber provider, I have never had any of their employees short or rude to me. In today's world that is exceptional. Keep up the excellent service.
If there were any other options i would take it. They told me to set my thermostat at 80. They insist that my usage is accurate because their computers do it? They say I'm using a ridiculous amount of electricity. Funny how i never had this problem with OG&E
Called about bad street light over the weekend, that Monday it was fixed, can’t beat that for speedy repair
I called about a streetlight in our driveway that was flickering. OEC sent a crew within and hour and the bulb was replaced.
She didn't know the answer to my question but, got me to someone who did know. Then she called be back in an hour or so after she found out the answer to make sure I had all the info correctly!!
