First of all, Jack has been gone for almost 2 years! I've told you several times! I'm very upset about the way my account has been handled! I make payments and every month I have to start over, being told the account was none existent. What's funny and frustrating is that I still have power! It's my security light that serves four homes, a collected drive way I don't understand how my payments are used.
