First of all, Jack has been gone for almost 2 years! I've told you several times! I'm very upset about the way my account has been handled! I make payments and every month I have to start over, being told the account was none existent. What's funny and frustrating is that I still have power! It's my security light that serves four homes, a collected drive way I don't understand how my payments are used. This is the second time you have sent this to me and I’m gonna tell you one more time. OEC Fiber sucks it’s constantly buffering. I can only watch a show. Maybe five minutes at a time in it has to buffer again because it was disconnected and I am going to probably cancel and you guys don’t get your act together.
Slow process! I had to make the phone calls for updates! Originally quoted one price, but paid hundreds more to get service going. No printed breakdown of costs.
After 56 years of having service with you, my mother died and I am now responsible for the bill. I had to pay to have the name change and additional charge to join the coop. This is a terrible policy and a sad way to treat customers experiencing a loss.

Thank you for your quick work, although it was hard work drilling under a road and through sandstone the workers stuck with it and did an awesome job and did get electric run to my new house. appreciate your hard work and dedication.
No problem with the electric service but after three weeks, I'm still waiting for the OEC Fiber service and no one seems to be able to tell me when the installation will be completed. In a world where we do all of our personal business online, this is unacceptable.
