She didn't know the answer to my question but, got me to someone who did know. Then she called be back in an hour or so after she found out the answer to make sure I had all the info correctly!!
I am trying to set up electrical service and I am not being treated fairly. These are difficult time we are in right now and I have a child with asthma which is a serious chronic illness. I would like to know who I have to report OEC to for not offering any assistance or guidance in my right to obtain electrical services. They cleaned our street light when replacing the bulb.....like brought the cover down and wiped it clean before putting it back in place!
The path to lay the new line to power the yard light was marked a couple weeks ago but the trench hasn’t been dug r new line laid yet Hopefully it will be soon and then I can give a high rating Thank you
It’s not finished yet Y’all supposed to come out and run a new line to my yard light . It has been flagged about a week ago just waiting on the ditch to b trenched and new line installed Then I will give 5 stars Thanks
I had gotten a new LED on the pole except that pole was lean 15 degrees. It now has a pink ribbon tied to it after contacting for the leaning pole.
It took too long the customer ahead of me had a problem and couldn't understand what he was being told. There was only one person working.
The worst company I’ve ever delt with. They “lost” my first order for new service and had to be reminded to come setup service after no showing for my service appointment. If there was anyone else thats who i’d use
Contractor putting fiber in can’t communicate/ coordinate their crews, it really makes you guys look bad.
