I've owned the building for 45 years and during that time you provided the service. The last tenant left without notice and the meter had been removed. I called to have the service put in my name and told the person that the meter at the gate was not removed and to leave it on, putting all service in my name. I found out when I walked into the office that you don't take debit card, everyone takes debit card. I wanted to activate new service while retaining current service and it took so long that i needed to sit a minute because of the pain and the agent assisted another customer instead of completing my transaction. You have TERRIBLE customer service and then I had to use the kiosk to pay. It has been a month since I signed up for service. I have been waiting for a light reading since 9/14. I have been told twice that someone would call me back with actual status. No one has called. I do not understand why you can not complete the work in a timely fashion. Jay Colclazier 406-633-3344

TORNANDO DAMAGE TOOK PLACE...NEW POLE WAS SET; HOWEVER NEVER PUT A NEW METER OR BOX BACK ON THE POLE. MY FIELD GUY LET ME KNOW. I PHONE OEC AND WE HAVE TO PAY A $400 DEPOSIT TO HAVE A METER PUT BACK OUT THERE. WHY?
The person before me didn't pay there bill and you made me feel like I was some how responsible. You insisted on me proving I'm not related to that account.
My issue is with the fiber installation. The process has taken longer than i was told when i ordered the service. I was told 2-3 weeks which is a long time to begin with. We are now over the 3 week mark an I have seen no sign of work and have not heard from anyone. I have called several time to attempt to get an update and have been unsuccessful. I set it up plenty in advance. A guy showed up and ran a line through the yard. Now we have to wait for another guy to splice and the wait longer for a guy to run the line in the house for interent. There was absolutely no reason why it couldn't have all been done in one day. A day we wasted by making sure someone was there! Big failure. it shows a lack of planning and good management! One of the worst companies I’ve dealt with. I pay my bill on time. I asked for an extension because I was starting chemotherapy. I’d be getting paid literally 8 days after the due date and I was told they couldn’t work with me. I do not recommend this service and would look for other providers if available.
