I had gotten a new LED on the pole except that pole was lean 15 degrees. It now has a pink ribbon tied to it after contacting for the leaning pole.
It took too long the customer ahead of me had a problem and couldn't understand what he was being told. There was only one person working.
The worst company I’ve ever delt with. They “lost” my first order for new service and had to be reminded to come setup service after no showing for my service appointment. If there was anyone else thats who i’d use
Contractor putting fiber in can’t communicate/ coordinate their crews, it really makes you guys look bad.
CS in OEC was very polite, professional, though things went down hill quickly from there. Install to occur at 4 residences next door to each other. First thing waited many weeks before calling back to inquire, then contractor sent a drop burial cre out, they lied to my rep saying it was too far from community dumpster to provide service, then claimed had to be flagged, then locator service came out drove up driveway turned around and left said was not flagged, I called complained to contractor service, a supervisor met met, ... read more

First I called the auto and reported an outage which I thought it was. When I was called back I was told next time what to do and not in a friendly way. The lady really was nice it just came across wrong
OEC is a financial piracy monopoly operations posing as a "user owned" utility. Not only will they change the due dates at will, they will nickle and dime you to death. If you have a problem and decide to call their "customer service" hotline, you will be ridiculed and laughed at over the phone. Sadly, I have no choice but to use this sorry excuse for a utility "company" unless I want to go without electricity at all.
Crew was here the day after I called to replace one of our security lights. We really like the brighter white light also.
