I have a tenant that got evicted & not paying you yet you give me a hard time for trying to start service at my property & trying to pay you. You all are awful for property owners to deal with.
I signed up a couple weeks ago and have not heard anything. Still no internet I believe I need to call Pioneer so I can get service.

I called in about a faulty security light and they had it repaired in a timely fashion,, even upgraded the light to LED, I can now see all the way down my drive,,,

Oec fiber did not install modem where I wanted it. So it doesnt work with what i had planned it for in my office. They dont care. Even tho I wanted it out in my office to begin with and they said no. Now that want 75 bucks to come move it. Fuck them.
Your experience was very unprofessional. Im a new member of OEC. It's already starting off on the wrong foot. The secretary that helped me first told that I wasn't suppose to have my first bill until May. Of course I have a bill already that's due in like 10 days. This is very unprofessional. Who has e er heard of a membership fee and connection fee lol.
