I like oec as an electric and fiber provider. I do not like the drive thru convention. I don't know where you get your surveynumbers. No one I talk to likes the new arrangements.

It was great to talk to a person.. i moved to newcastle from norman and had never experienced OEC..the CSR was very at ease with our conversation collecting my information for the new service. Like talking to a life long neighbor. Thank you! Moving is already stressful, so this utility move was a pleasant surprise. It made my day!!..sorry i cant remember her name that assisted me.
Friends that had lived in Tuttle told me I would have to go into an office in order to set up a new account. Thankfully that was not the case. With all there is to do in moving I am very grateful for being able to set up my account over the phone. Thank you.
