First off I’m amazed at how fast our service is now ! Second the first installer we had wasn’t so great . He told us our line wasn’t spliced yet so he couldn’t do anything after he left , he returned about 20 minutes later to run the line in the house ( his boss told him too ) he left insulation all over the floor , said someone would be out tomorrow to finish. Our second installer showed up the next day not knowing our line wasn’t spliced but she was on it , she called and had a guy coming out right then to splice it and g... read more

Everything is great with the internet. The only thing I wish could have been different was have the fiber drop not go around my shop. Other than that it is wonderful.

The installers came a day early to look at the proposed route and told me to mow the path to make installation easier and better. The light measurement was simple and the inside work went smoothly. We are completely satisfied.

The final install was great however no phone call or text message saying they were on their way, no badge stating their name or their picture. Their trucks said Trans Tell and I finally saw OEC fiber. But both guys were very nice and concise. Thank y’all for getting us hooked up!
