We had anticipated that the whole install process would be long and inconvenient. Quite honestly, it was the opposite. There was excellent communication from OEC for each step of the install and they finished early. Every person we encountered was kind and willing to help. The internet was so easy to set up and is already way better than Cox.

I like that I have faster internet than I did before but it is a lot slower than it was when we first got it. When it was first installed you could get on a web site almost instantly but now it takes awhile and sometimes not at all
Transferring of ownership and fiber service was seamless. Establishment of account was accomplished very easily on the phone with a very courteous and informative associate. Service associate was very courteous and scheduled our install in just a few days. Service tech called before appointment and was on time, very courteous and install was completed in minimal time..
Had internet connected, serviceman was here on time. Completed everything timing, took time to explain everything and made sure that we had good connection all parts of the house.

The installation process was easy and smooth from the get-go. Called to set it up and received great customer service and then they gave me a timeline for start to finish outside and inside installation, and to our surprise they actually finished it early! Would highly recommend my friends and family to make the switch to fiber!
We had both internet and phone install in our offices. The internet was installed quickly and worked well with our IT people. Chad and Sommer came installed our phone systems and help me set everything up and answered all my questions.
