Installment went smoothly
Our service guy was great. He installed it earlier than expected and explained everything. We did have a problem the 2nd day after install which proved to be that we still had our other internet going and it was causing interference. It is a little slow at times or says it dropped. When i call in they cannot see a drop. Im not sure what that means. I do love the fact that we are not having to reset our internet connection continuously over and over several times a day and we still have internet when it rains yay!
Once I was notified that the lines were in and could be connected to homes in our area, the process only took 1week. (It would have been faster had I been able to adjust my work schedule). They ran the line to the house one day. The next day the box was attached to my house and then the next day they called to set up an inside installation. Very professional and a pleasant experience
The installation of the Fiber Optic Line was fast and easy. OEC made you aware of each step along the way.
There was a small mixup regarding the trenching, but it was fixed fast. The inside crew told us they were tested for Covid-19 which was good, still would have been good to be masked. They were great at the job helpful with the WiFi setup. Overall good plus! Bill C
