Experience was great. The process was explained clearly and the steps followed exactly how it was explained to me. I think they even fixed a nail on my wonky gate latch when I was at work during their line install. Really great experience.
Installation guys were all over solving my issues with location of the modem and my existing router, which they completely solved!

We had anticipated that the whole install process would be long and inconvenient. Quite honestly, it was the opposite. There was excellent communication from OEC for each step of the install and they finished early. Every person we encountered was kind and willing to help. The internet was so easy to set up and is already way better than Cox.
My installer did a great job! He was very quick and informative
I like that I have faster internet than I did before but it is a lot slower than it was when we first got it. When it was first installed you could get on a web site almost instantly but now it takes awhile and sometimes not at all
