All went as scheduled. Technicians did great Customer service was outstanding. Fiber service seems to be working awesome.

The process of getting everything has not very well, but your folks have and are working to get it all done. Sometimes technology just get the best of us and it just takes time to get it all done. I am sure I will love it when it all up running.

Technician was early, took about 30 minutes to do the job, and he did a great job! Install from the road left very minimal lawn markings and install into the home was seamless. Technician answered all questions and tested in multiple areas of the home, even providing a signal booster free of charge at the other end of the home! I was very pleased and will recommend OEC Fiber every time!
