I was very pleased the guy that came out and put the fiber in the outside box was very helpful answered a lot of my questions
The installer was great and very helpful in getting us set up. The entire process was a relief compared to our previous provider and I wish I had contacted OEC Fiber sooner. we have 4600 sqft and he added 3 mesh units for extension and our other provider would only allow 1 for the entire system.
It was great! Everyone was nice and friendly.
The technician who added the box outside of the home was timely and informative. The technician that came into our home to install and turn on our fiber was able to arrive early and walked me through all of the steps needed to get connected. Would recommend the OEC Fiber to others!
