Moving to a different state and having been a customer of one of the popular TV & separate internet services, could’ve been stressful and confusing. OEC Fiber includes TV cable & High Speed Internet all in one. What an easy process OEC Fiber has made for us. Customer service was excellent on the telephone, and the Tech who came to install equipment was great. We are very happy with our choice of choosing OEC Fiber.

Once the inside technician arrived everything went great, in fact he did an outstanding job! But, I was told it would take 2-3 weeks for the installation, it took over a month. That was very disappointing.
Back up and running quickly after a tornado took out the system in the neighborhood.
