The agent was very nice and followed through on everything they said they would do.
The install went really well. The three packs that were here, very polite and courteous. However, the tech that was doing the inside part did not explain about the router at all. I don’t know how to reset it or even if I ever have to reset I don’t know where the power buttons are, etc..
