Customer service is amazing and the product is great! I love that there’s not a contract and that we can add on in the future without more install charges or fees other than paying for the services we choose. It’s about time an internet provider figured out their customer base and provided a quality, more financially accessible service. Thank you, OEC, for going against the grain of other providers! Moving from Georgia to Oklahoma in the middle of winter was an experience, OEC helped us feel warm and welcomed!!!!
Steven did a great job on my instillation.
Jorge was fabulous. He was efficient and made sure everything was working at maximum speed. He made sure I understood how the internet worked, i.e. how to change the WiFi name etc. He also went through the tv controls. He is wonderful!
