The service the customer service people on the phone provided was great. The service your service tech, provided was excellent. He was friendly and very nice. He was fast and knew exactly what he was doing only took him about 10 minutes after we found the OEC fiber plug in the wall. All in all very satisfied with his work.
Actually there’s nothing to tell. It was all done without my help. And the few people I talked with were kind and helpful and knowledgeable and handled it all
