Everything was smooth as far as the install goes. The tech was very nice and super helpful! Although we had a language barrier he tried his absolute best to be sure I fully understood what was going on. OEC was having a slight issue on the upload end of things but as far as I know it was resolved within a few hours. I HIGHLY recommend OEC fiber to anyone that can access it! OEC was very helpful from just tte first call requesting information about the fiber optic services to the installation. Costumer service representative were knowledgeable, cordial and helpful with out rushing the precess and answering all the questions, and possible concerns I had. They explain how the process would play from first call to final installation. Each of the people in old es in the process were helpful and notified me what the were doing. The day of the
