I became a new OEC Fiber user in February of this year, and although it took me a while to learn how to use the new system, I've enjoyed wonderful service during these last few months. The subcontractor was great very nice and installed my equipment right where I wanted it. And he did it pretty quick!!
Setting up account was very easy. The installation was great. There was no “4hr time window”. There was a specific time & they were on time. I’ve called a couple times with questions & one issue and everyone was extremely nice, patient & addressed my issues. Couldn’t be happier that I switched from cable to OEC.
