OEC has always done an excellent job with their customer service! They always answer any questions you have and they work quickly! I’ve had OEC at 2 different houses now and both times they did an amazing job!
The assembly was perfect the only thing is is that he did not clean up after he was done

Technicians did a good job. Control is a little hard to navigate for older people. Personally I don't like going thru 3 or 4 screens to get to programming. I think it should be simpler or perhaps the tech did not set it up that way. Reception is good.
