Technician was Jimmy and he was great! Very helpful, knowledgeable, and the service works perfectly.
Installation was awesome, but on my phone things take forever to download. Tv's download no problem but my Samsung 22s is slow.
The guy who put in my fiber connection was polite and I like the service I received, I have recommended to serveral people already . Keep up the good work!

OEC showed up quickly and did a thorough job addressing my electrical problem. Technicians were friendly and professional. The issue appears to be resolved. They went above and beyond what they had to do and I'm very thankful for the effort they put into getting me fixed up.
We worried we would be stuck with previous carrier.. Everyone from setting up ti installers were fabulous.they were very thorough and our installation techs were amazing very kind and made sure everything was on and functioning 100% before they left..thank you so much. Now we can actually watch Christmas movies..
Everyone did great. Cable trenchers were quick & professional, tester was there and gone before I knew it, and installer was fast and thorough. Very good service from beginning to end.
