Getting everything setup was very easy and went incredibly smooth. Our router was still setup for the prior owner of the house but that was able to be fixed very quickly as well over the phone.

Helpful and knowledgeable
The technician was great but it would have been nice to get a hands on learning about the remote. The instruction book is not real helpful
Excellent in house installer were outstanding. Jorge and Edward were informative and answered all our questions on Wednesday August the 14th!
