It took us more than 2 months of being on the list for them to get to us, even though 3 of our neighbors got on the list weeks after us, and had theirs running about 2 weeks before we got connected. I know there are growing pains since this is new, so no big deal. Everyone was very nice and helpful and we now have our Fiber and love it!

Everyone involved was very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. The experience of getting everything ready for the install and the install itself went off without a hitch. The internet speed is unbelievable! Best choice we could have made.

The technicians that worked outside did a wonderful job! The first crew was very friendly. The second crew who did the trench was great . We could not tell where it was done! Nick Arias was very professional and friendly. Outstanding costumer service. What a great experience, thanks! Oh, and the internet speed is amazing!

I 'm so happy with the speed of the new internet. I can watch movies without buffering. The technicians that came to our home were knowledgeable and nice to deal with. Now we are anxious to get your tv connected. Thanks.
