Fantastic is all I can say. Install was fast and the speed of our internet is very fast. Thanks to our installer who was very knowledgable.
The install went great! Nick had a very pleasant attitude. The service is awesome! Way better than our previous broadband.
The customer service rep was friendly and knowledgeable! The installer was professional and fast and was sure to make sure we were up and running before he left. This has been a great experience from the beginning just like my experiences with OEC for the past 13 years!!!
Installer was on time. Did a good job and was very friendly. I wish I’d had known a little more about the installation process. I’d have prepared better for allowing the fiber to come into the house in a less obtrusive way. We love the speed.
We did experience a few deep tire tracks on our yard, however the reception we have gotten since the hoop up inside has more than worth the grooves left in the yard. Jerrad came out and hooked us up outside and inside and was super user friendly and expedient. It did take him long even though we were asking him question after question while he was working. So far it's all been amazing from the install to the service
All of the technicians were pleasant to deal with. Once the process started it went very quickly. Once the fiber was in the house we checked the speed and it was 104 mps/ 105 MPs. So much better than the 5 MPs we had. Thank you so much OEC fiber.
