John and his helper (can't remember his name...it was his first residential install. ) were on time, wore masks and gloves and covers on their shoes. They worked quick and well...explained everything to me (I'm a senior) and were finished in just under 2 hours. They were polite, personable and focused on the job at hand. Keep these guys around, they know their stuff!
Nice young men
Great. Everyone was Very helpful
The install process was fast and easy. The installer was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
The only issue i had was the language barrier of the guy laying the fiber from the Ped to the house. The young man that did the in house install was very knowledgeable and did a great job.
Very polite installer named Sean...am very satisfied...

Friendly and very knowledgeable. Took great lengths to provide us with all precautions for the virus.
On time. Very neat install. Reviewed all equipment. Did a speed test in every room!
