The sub contractor ran the line from the road to house when promised. They did sever 2 satellite lines but sent 2 men the next morning to repair. Then OEC promptly scheduled an installer the next day, who arrived earlier than the scheduled time. He was very efficient, neat, & clearly explained the procedure , installation, & went over necessary instructions clearly. Im impressed & at this point very satisfied with the service. Im looking forward to better internet at a lower cost. Thank you.
So far it is great. The 5 GHZ signal inside our house is over 100 MBT upload and download. We came from a wifi system that we usually could get 4 download and most times below 1 upload. We just got hooked up so time will tell how robust the system is but so far we couldn’t be happier.
The installer was VERY knowledgeable of your service and was very professional in informing me of the fiber.

It took us more than 2 months of being on the list for them to get to us, even though 3 of our neighbors got on the list weeks after us, and had theirs running about 2 weeks before we got connected. I know there are growing pains since this is new, so no big deal. Everyone was very nice and helpful and we now have our Fiber and love it!
Everyone involved was very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. The experience of getting everything ready for the install and the install itself went off without a hitch. The internet speed is unbelievable! Best choice we could have made.
