Easy and quick
All your guys were great. Like the speed of the fiber. The only complaint we have is with their heavy equipment in our yard the ground was wet and soft and there is deep ruts around 4 to 6 inches. All the way around or house. We are not sure how we are to fix those. It will make walking and moving very hard. We ask your men if they was going to fix them and they said yes. But what they did was just spreading hay over the top of the ruts to cover them but that is not a fix to that many ruts so if there is something ... read more
My wife was home so the technician explained everything to her and answered all the questions I asked her to ask him. He even set up her Mac book so she could surf before I got home to set it up for her. We were very impressed with the service and speed of the install once our zone was opened up. Thank you all very much. Sorry I don’t know the name of the person that came out.
I have really enjoyed it so far and am looking forward to the tv and phone we called today and cancelled our windstream internet service.
