Friendly with competent
Wow, fantastic job all the way around! On June 9th our house struck by lightning and burned. Doing the rebuilding I contacted OEC fiber and scheduled the inside fiber install while the walls were studs only and later spray foamed. Every stage of the fiber install has been outstanding. We rebuilt our house around your high speed internet. Cat 6 to all TVs our HVAC system is WiFi controlled even our crazy refrigerator is on the internet. Our non-OEC friends are envious. the install tech showed up at a reasonable time, discussed where the router/modem should go and gave useful suggestions on its location. installation went quickly and was nice and tidy - no spaghetti of cables as from previous internet and cable tv provides. delighted that the modem and wireless router are included in the install - presumably no nickel and dime ‘rent’ charges per month. system was renamed and the password changed to one that isn’t as unwieldy as was the original. tech cleaned up drywall dust from the install... read more
