This is Ron. The experience with OEC Fiber was AWESOME! Dana was so VERY VERY VERY helpful!! Corbin the installer was quick and efficient. The staff at OEC Fiber was FANTASTIC! The Fiber Optic Internet is fast and FABULOUS just like Dana said it would be!!!
You have very great people working for you we are thinking about adding your phone system is there a bundle price when you have all three and do you keep your same number most of all thank you

You showed up when you said you would. You explained what you were doing and did an effient job.
The outside installation guys were fantastic. left the area better than it was. The inside installer although he also did a great job, my concern is that he did not use any protective gear. Good thing my husband was here because I would of surely had an anxiety attack. I had to sit in the other room so I couldn't see everything that was being touched. Luckily my sweet husband wiped things down after the guy left. Nice guy but should keep himself and customers safe as possible. And wear shoe protection too while walking... read more
Installer was very polite and quick with his work. Internet is fast . Absolutely love it.
Time from area opened to installed & working was fantastic! Total time was less than 2 months. The install team took less than one hour to set up my service. The quality control person came the day after installation and was satisfied with how it was done.
Great Customer Service and helpful.
The installation was quick and and service tech pleasant. However, we are having great difficulty getting our tv to connect.
