Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner. All contractors I had contact with during the different phases of installation were knowledgeable and friendly. So far the internet speeds are far greater than I expected to get. All my previous providers promised a certain number and I’d barely get half of what I paid for, but I’m getting what I pay for now.
Was quick to setup our internet and was patient with our questions. The man who set everything up was able tl explain everything we needed to know and was willing to do extra work to get what he needed done.
Super friendly and helpful service men. Love our new-found abilities to be on the internet without buffering.
Although my installation was nowhere nearly done in a timely manner, all of the people that I dealt with from OEC and Trans-Tel were fantastic. Thanks.
Great,the installation went very smooth,the installer was extremely imformative,he answered every question quickly,did not seem like this was just a job,he was throughly enjoying his job
The service men were good once they arrived. The scheduling as puzzling, but it worked out in the end.

Each installer was very professional, knowledgeable & above average in arrival time installation, information we asked & mannerism. ALL 3 of OEC gentlemen are a great representative for OEC. The exterior installer hand dug under our sidewalk to attach the fiber optic to our home. Thank you for bearing with me on a difficult installation job. Your manager and your contractor were very helpful getting the service entrance to the house at the optimal spot even though it required you to go beneath the public street and my circle driveway at both ends. Then your installation man did an excellent job providing us with a neat modem installation in our home office and an extra wireless repeater so that all the indoor and outdoor living areas of our home were adequately served.
