Everyone was great, nice and friendly and informative thru each step. Was a great group of people and would recommend them. My signal has never been this high - tv in all rooms are high even on our tv in our bedroom which at best was good now very good. Thank you.

We got a call from OEC Fiber saying that our WiFi went out during the night. They were on top of it and had it fixed by mid-morning. The guys were very polite and, when asked, they told us what the problem was and assured us that it was all fixed.
Everyone was friendly and very helpful.
The tech was awesome. Had us installed in 30 minutes or less. Explained everything as a professional would. And my goodness all our devices are running at a speed we never seen from Viasat, Hugesnet. We are very pleased. Cant wait to get our t.v. service. Good bye to Dish.
