Love the speed but the installation left a lot to be desired.. The technician tried unsuccessfully to drop the wire in the wall. Drill came through the sheetrock about a foot from the ceiling. Called and reported still have not been contacted about repair. The modem was installed on the master bedroom wall, it's large and it's ugly. Again pleased with the service but installer needs additional training.
The installer, DeSean Johnson, was exceptional. Helpful, informative, courteous, and he wore his mask the whole time. Excellent representation for OEC
Install was good. We did get a booster for our phones.

It took 3 different people to get the fiber optic installed, but it was fine - only had to be home for the last step.. So far the internet is working great - far better than what I had before
