Installer was professional and knowledgeable. Very polite.
Installer was friendly. He wasted no time and made sure that we understood everything. He cleaned up all of the trash and the install looks extremely professional. Nice to have high speed in the country!!

Install was great. Wifi range is not good all. Maybe 25 feet at the most.

Awesome. Fast and efficient. Talked with the young man who did our soft testing. He was amazing.
From the start everybody was great, polite, prompt, and did a great job. The crew that buried the fiber from the pedestal to the house were well equipped and did not leave any mess. The next people who hooked up the fiber at the pedestal and our house were knowledgeable and prompt. The installer, Nick Aries, wore PPE the whole time he was at our house.
