The who experience was very positive. Excellent communication and all the technicians were professional. One note on how to improve the process is to let people know an estimated time of when to sign up. I waited until 2 week out thinking it was enough time. After I started the process I learned it was 6 weeks. Not a deal killer, but I would have started the process earlier if I would have known
