Fast work, great installers
Great! The inhome installer was great to work with.
Nick took great care with us and figured out a solution so we could connect to the fiber.

The technicians were all very polite and helpful and did a good job cleaning the site after installation and connection.
Professionally installed. Workmen were courteous and thorough. My internet upload/download increased by two orders of magnitude from my old AT&T Uverse.
Love the speed but the installation left a lot to be desired.. The technician tried unsuccessfully to drop the wire in the wall. Drill came through the sheetrock about a foot from the ceiling. Called and reported still have not been contacted about repair. The modem was installed on the master bedroom wall, it's large and it's ugly. Again pleased with the service but installer needs additional training.
The installer, DeSean Johnson, was exceptional. Helpful, informative, courteous, and he wore his mask the whole time. Excellent representation for OEC
Install was good. We did get a booster for our phones.
