John and his helper (can't remember his name...it was his first residential install. ) were on time, wore masks and gloves and covers on their shoes. They worked quick and well...explained everything to me (I'm a senior) and were finished in just under 2 hours. They were polite, personable and focused on the job at hand. Keep these guys around, they know their stuff!

The only issue i had was the language barrier of the guy laying the fiber from the Ped to the house. The young man that did the in house install was very knowledgeable and did a great job.
