Installation tech did a great job, informative and courteous! 100 up/ down all the time. Great so far!
Installer Jorge was timely and professional.
I have had previous service with Cox and AT&T, and this installation was by far the fastest and Jorge went above and beyond to ensure that all the devices were functioning properly And I hope he receives a significant raise. As he accomplished in one hour what most installers take three hours to do. My Speedtest shows OEC service to be almost twice as fast as AT&T And access to tech-support fast and efficient.
Had existing connections so service man brought in the motem and we had internet access going in no time. Fast friendly technician. Speed seems to be everything that was expected.
