The only part of the installation process that was frustrating was that I finally had to call and make my own appointment. I feel the ball was dropped here, the rest of it was smooth. So far the service has been great as well. I just wish it had been done timely as promised.

The technician was help and did outstanding job, allowed us to pick our own name and password. His installation was good and he followed my direction to the "T" for a quick and easy install.

2 hrs after being hooked up,it quit working was called in minutes to let me know they were on it . I was surprised to received phone call so quickly it's been a great experience except for when it stopped working for a few because of the wiring it was to be placed and i.t's been working fine since thank you very much
