Install went well. Installers were knowledgeable and professional. I do think they should have worn booties over their boots while walking through the living area of my house. We should have called them on it; however, I chose to not ask. The signal is not that much better than the 500 megabyte service I had with COX, and doesn't appear to come close to a Gigabyte speed. Previous owner had used your service and router already installed. It was easy to connect us directly from your store; no need for a service call. In no time our laptops were connected and we were all set. Easiest installation ever. Thank you

The whole installation & setup process went flawless. WIFI is working good. However I am concerned about the outside line running so low to the ground that come summer time the weed eater may damage it. Is there any way it can be covered up. I have photos if needed.
