Above and beyond
Everyone that was at my home was very personable and very professional. The only thing I had a problem with was the fact that they were able to tie in just one phone jack in the house, which left us with the main phone downstairs, which before the switch to OEC Fiber, the main phone was upstairs, which is where our living quarters are.
Outstanding customer service, communication, and reliability! We are so excited to have reliable, fast fiber internet way out where we live. Thanks OEC!

The set-up did take a while, but all in all everything got done and I am satisfied.
All the man power you had to come out to dig the hole, install the box to our house & install the wire into my house were perfect gentleman. Showed me how to use the Internet.
