Everyone that came to my house, from drop to installation was wonderful. I’m not sold on your registration process. I would rather have completed the information on a secure line rather than a live person. Not that I wouldn’t want to validate with a live person, just don’t like providing my ss# in that way

Everything was amazing. Customer service was so top notch I've been bragging about your fiber and electric service to everyone much to their disappointment since you aren't in their areas! Your phone reps and the individuals who came to install our fiber and get it all setup were amazing. It was so satisfying to call Cox and cancel their services. Thank you and we love our fiber internet!

Everyone that was at my home was very personable and very professional. The only thing I had a problem with was the fact that they were able to tie in just one phone jack in the house, which left us with the main phone downstairs, which before the switch to OEC Fiber, the main phone was upstairs, which is where our living quarters are.
