On time, tech was really quick and professional. He cleaned up after himself and explained how everything work.When I had a problem with connecting to my work using VPN he reached out with another tech and that tech helped me to work with my IT department to get things working. Excellent service

I had cox. I was paying $145.65 per month 95.70 for 250Mbs speed and $49.95 for unlimited bandwidth. With OEC, I'm getting 1g speed and unlimited bandwidth for $85 bucks total. Even a caveman can do the math on this. So...they laid the fiber and they installed the equipment around the end of may 2020.So far, it seems very stable. Speeds are very high, but I think if I replace my old cat 5 cable with new cat 6a, I think I will get full speed. My WiFi is super stable with no complaints.
From start to finish it was very quick to get installed.
The technicians work fast and there was no mess to clean up after.
With the exception of the cable install crew cutting my existing service line and being without internet for 2 days, everything was very good. When I informed customer service of the interruption, my in house installation was expedited and I was very satisfied with the response time and the gentleman that handled it. Very satisfied so far.

We ran into a few issues at the beginning but oec came through and fixed them. My internet is working wondefully.
I had a few delays with the complete process, but the installers at every phase of the Fiber install were knowledgeable, quick, and friendly. They all did a great job.
