the install was professional polite patient with answers to questions both installers were well versed in their duties and customer oriented explainations went well suggest for older clients they might review the process about internet e mail transfers and not have 14yrs of files deleted due to change of service which was due to miscommunication on my part also might try to introduce a larger remote as older people tend to hit wrong buttons especially when smaller just suggestions
Our fiber optic installation was excellent. It was very quick and the installers were all very friendly. We love the internet speed!
