Everyone that came to my house, from drop to installation was wonderful. I’m not sold on your registration process. I would rather have completed the information on a secure line rather than a live person. Not that I wouldn’t want to validate with a live person, just don’t like providing my ss# in that way

Your phone reps and the individuals who came to install our fiber and get it all setup were amazing. It was so satisfying to call Cox and cancel their services.
