Guys trenching the line hit the windstream line and we had no internet until the in home install which would be a day or so. OEC had 3 trucks show up and where there u til 9:30pm getting is up and running so our business could keep running! Amazing customer service, OEC guys had a smile the entire time!

I did some prep work, so get the fiber link inside to be out of the weather, and all the install teams we more than helpful with going a little extra to provide the best possible service.
