Overall, the installation went great. Everyone was courteous and thorough. My only complaint is that the remote will not sync with our other devices. We now have to use two remotes to change channels and control volume. Bummer

It was a pleasure dealing with the OEC office staff and installation personnel. They met my expectations in a courteous, friendly and professional way. They were knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns.
